The University of the Philippines System institutionalized a new Anti-Sexual Harassment Code, made public in March 2017, for compliance of all constituents of the university. Some highlights are as follows: What is sexual harassment? The UP Open University Health & Wellness Committee in cooperation with All UP Workers Alliance, and the Office of Gender Concerns held a seminar on “Psycho- Emotional Well-Being of Women and Men in the Workplace” with Asst. Prof. Rameses de Jesus as resource person. This seminar aimed to increase awareness about factors (stress, anxiety, depression, personality styles, working relationships) that affect mental health in the workplace. This was held at the UPOU AudioVisual Room (Main Building) on 26 October 2017 (Thursday), 9:00-12:00 NN.
