Prof. Rameses De Jesus, represented UPOU at the opening of the Ugsad public exhibit in Robinsons Mall Iloilo, as well as the inter-agency celebration dinner of Ugsad’s 20th anniversary. Ugsad Regional Gender Resource Center is a coordinating body composed of around 90 institutions that facilitate gender mainstreaming in Region VI (Western Visayas).
